What the heck?!Why, oh why, on the day I promised to post my MMW (Monday Morning Weight) did it have to be on a morning at the high end of a "flux"? You know (if you're a woman) that our weight can swing 3-5 lbs either way on any given day. It depends on...well...all kinds of things.
Apparently, it was not my day. MMW = 190.0
Sheesh! Fifty-FIVE pounds to go.

I'm a full five pounds up, TOO!! What is up? What did we do? (It's the rock solid muscle in our calves...) :) Keep up the good work.
I hate the scale sometimes. I always weigh myself in the morning and after I've gone potty :) I don't weigh every day though. Maybe a few times a month.
Once a week, in the morning, after bathroom, before the shower...MMW. That's my plan. The only upside here is that it will look like I've done REALLY well if I just go back to my normal 182-185 swinging I usually do. Breaking 180 has been impossible...and I'm 5'6". Sigh.
